last day today!

Today's my last day at work, until after Christmas! I should have been working till friday, and would've had all of next week off, but I had to switch 2 days of vacation from next week to this week since I've had absolutely ZERO time to prepare for Christmas this year! 'Hope you don't mind, some of your Christmas cards will arrive after the fact...=) I also have so much baking to do, too! I decided that I would bake for some of the gifts we're giving, and will get down to business tomorrow. I'm also making empanadas as part of these gifts, so there's another HUGE thing to tackle. At least the dough's already made, thanks to my m-in-law.
