damn neighbours

Let's talk about our new neighbours, shall we? This family moved in to the unit directly across from us in the final phase of our complex last week. A couple of weeks prior to that, they had been visiting their unit from time to time, I suppose making sure things were ok. I didn't really pay too much attention, but like to know who's loitering. What bothered me was the fact that he would always park his car horizontally in front of his garage, in the fire lane. Our garages face each other, so if we had to leave, we wouldn't be able to. "Why would he park there???", I thought. Is it because he's lazy...or because he has no consideration for others? Who knows! It could be both. I rang his door bell once because he was parked there and I couldn't get in to our garage. He didn't even say anything to me...he just got in his car and moved a bit. I thought that was kinda rude. You would think that because of that incident, he would think twice before doing it agaion. Nope. They officially moved in last week. I've been keeping my eye out because I don't want the hassle and being inconvenienced. (sidenote: I'm on the Strata council and we are trying to implement parking rules...because of this main reason!!!...ha!) So the day they moved in, his garage was filled with their stuff, so guess where he parked that night? Yup, in front of his garage...AGAIN! I said to myself, oh well, guess who's getting a wake up call at 6am tomorrow!! Nick knocked on his door and rang the doorbell. The guy comes down with no shirt on and his fly was still undone on his pants! Hahaha...don't care what you were doing or if you were even awake. We will knock on your door everytime you're in our way...! He quickly apologized telling Nick that his garage was still full...blah blah blah. Whatever...just move so we can go to work already! DOes he not know the visitor's parking is only 5 units down! Why couldn't he just park there?!?! So, it's been a week and a half. He still pulls up to his garage and parks from time to time, but only for a few minutes. I'm still on parking patrol tho'!

The other reason I think he is just plain ol' dumb is because I was woken up lat night at 1am to someting banging! I thought someone was trying to break in or something! It turns out, these same people were trying to put up curtains in their master bedroom...which also happens to be directly across our bedroom. He was hammering!!! At 1 frickin' A.M.!!! Who does that?!?! I won't even do that at 9pm! Does he think our units are sound proof or something??? What a retard! UUGHHH!! I'm so irritated! Because of this and that my damn allergies just won't let up! If anything, they've been worse these past couple of weeks! I've been poppin' pills every day! So, not only was I kept awake because I can't breathe and have to blow my noese every 20 minutes, but also because of stupid curtains! I'm so cranky today!...Oh yah, and Lauryn woke us up again at 2am 'cause she had a little accident in bed!
