So, we had an annual general meeting for our townhouse complex last nite. Not sure how it all happened, but I got voted president. I'm not really sure how I feel about it yet. Last year went by pretty smoothly, so I hope the transition won't be too difficult. We also hired a new management company, who seemed to be pretty on top of things, so I'm hoping it all works out!!
