we're back!!!

We got back on Monday night after a really bumpy plane ride home...it was the most scared I've been on a plane. None the less, we arrived home safe and sound. And super tired! It was really awesome to have been able to visit with my old friends and catch up on life.

SATURDAY RECAP:
My god-mother's 65th birthday party went really well, despite the stress I was under because of last minute additions to the program, seat and table switching, complaining guests about a certain thing in the program that was dragging, the dj thinking he was doing a wedding...what else??!!! Overall, the night was a success. I bought a new dress (ok, 3 dresses) while I was there, the day before the party from Holt Renfrew...ended up buying new shoes and accessories to match. Ended up with really sore feet, but had to pull a Monica moment...remember the one where she bought a pair of boots? They killed her feet, but she HAD to wear them...that was me! I have the blister to prove it!

Lauryn was the star of the show! She had such a good time dancing the night away and hangin' out with her new friends!

Nick started drinking at about 3 or 4 pm, and was pretty hammered by dinner time. I was looking for him once our program ended to ask how I did, but he was no where to be found! 'Dude apparently went up to our hotel suite with my sister and brother-in-law to 'freshen up', but and passed out while waiting for them!!! This was at about 10pm!!! I was surprised to actually see him back again around 11:30! If any of you know Nick, once he passes out, he's usually out for the night!

Good times, good times...! There is so much more to cover, but I'm sleepy...tomorrow na lang.
